Help Build What Primary Education Could Become

We are delighted to invite expression of interest for teacher/educator opportunities at Edge Academy London. At Inspired Edge Academy, education is about shaping both the mind and the person. Morning: Academic Mastery

They are delivered in a focused, high-intensity morning block of approximately three hours, leveraging adaptive technology and expert teaching to maximise learning efficiency.

You will:

  • Design and maintain clear KS2 progression pathways
  • Define mastery benchmarks and non-negotiables
  • Use live data to identify and close gaps quickly
  • Deliver short, sharp, high-impact workshops
  • Ensure automaticity, depth and secondary readiness

Afternoon: Applied Intelligence

Afternoons translate knowledge into action. Projects. Public speaking. Leadership. Entrepreneurship. Real problems. Real audiences. Real outcomes.

You will:

  • Lead structured, high-energy life-skills workshops
  • Coach every child to speak with clarity and confidence
  • Develop resilience, ownership and goal-setting

    • Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum
    • Experience across Years 3–6
    • Able to design progression and identify conceptual gaps
    • Confident using data and assessment intelligently
    • Phase or curriculum leadership experience desirable

    • Strong presence and clarity of communication
    • Comfortable leading groups dynamically
    • Background in sport, performing arts, youth leadership or coaching welcomed
