My client is looking for 3 Quality Engineer/Technician to work onsite full time for a defence company based in Ansty Park. The role will involve supporting the design, manufacture, and delivery of aerospace products that meet customer, regulatory, and Parker quality requirements by developing, implementing, and continuously improving quality systems, processes, and tools.
The Quality Engineer serves as the primary technical resource for product and process quality, leading root cause analysis and corrective actions, driving variation reduction and defect prevention, supporting AS9100/AS9145 and customer compliance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure robust qualification, configuration control, and ongoing conformance throughout the product lifecycle.
This role executes and supports the value stream quality strategy, serving as a key technical interface to customers, supplier quality/management, internal functions, and value stream leaders. The position requires an experienced quality professional who can interpret and communicate customer requirements, translate them into effective controls and standards, and ensure internal value streams and external suppliers achieve and sustain zero-defect performance.
