About the Role We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a growing team in Macclesfield, Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced engineering environment, coordinating projects from conception through to completion. Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support engineering projects throughout their lifecycle. • Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress. • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and technical records. • Support manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning activities. • Arrange and attend project meetings, producing minutes and tracking actions. • Monitor project timelines and escalate risks or delays. • Support continuous improvement initiatives. About You
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proactive, motivated and eager to learn. Comfortable working within a technical or engineering environment. Desirable Skills & Experience
• Previous Project Coordinator or Project Support experience. • Knowledge of engineering or manufacturing environments. • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Understanding of technical drawings and documentation. • Degree in Engineering, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification advantageous.
