The Role
This is a full-time Optical Assistant position within a busy and well-established practice, working alongside a supportive and experienced team. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Dispensing spectacles to all levels
- Carrying out pre-screening tests
- Contact lens teaches
- Frame styling and patient advice
- Supporting the wider team and stepping up when needed
- Delivering excellent customer care at every stage
Working Hours:
9:30am - 6:30pm, 1 weekend day per week required
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with Optical Assistants who have at least 1 year of experience, ideally within a busy practice environment. You'll need:
- Confidence dispensing to all levels
- A friendly, approachable manner
- Strong work ethic and team spirit
- A genuine passion for customer care
- The ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
