We're currently recruiting for a passionate and patient-focused Optometrist to join two busy, well-established practices in Bromley and Sydenham. This is a fantastic split role, ideal for someone looking for variety, strong clinical exposure, and long-term development opportunities.

Whether you're a newly qualified optometrist ready to launch your career, or an experienced clinician looking for progression or leadership responsibilities, this opportunity offers the flexibility and support to thrive.

Practice Highlights:

  • Two High-Performing Locations
  • Bromley - 8 fully equipped test rooms with high patient volume
  • Sydenham - 3 test rooms, with a community-focused environment
  • A great mix of patients and pace between both stores

Work Schedule & Flexibility:

  • 3 to 5 days per week
  • 1 weekend day required (either Saturday or Sunday)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to 65k depending on experience
  • GOC and ABDO fees covered

Clinical Requirements & Growth:

  • MECS, Glaucoma, and Cataract accreditations (10-15% of appointments are glaucoma, MECS, and cataracts - and if you're not already trained, they'll fully support your training)
  • IP qualification is highly desirable but not essential
  • Ongoing support for further clinical development and CPD

Supervisory Opportunity:

  • Opportunity to supervise pre-reg optometrists for those looking to develop leadership skills
