The position offers a varied working week, combining office-based management with time spent supporting colleagues across the wider business. As Practice Manager, you'll take responsibility for supporting the team, overseeing daily operations and helping the business achieve its objectives. Monitoring performance against key KPIs, sales and conversion targets Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, coaching and providing constructive feedback Overseeing appointment diaries and ensuring efficient clinic management Working closely with colleagues to improve planning and operational efficiency Identifying opportunities to improve performance and patient experience Supporting the coordination of daily activities and future planning Building strong relationships and encouraging effective communication This is a hands-on position where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership, influence performance and make a genuine difference to the team.
