Independent Practice in South West London is seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician with previous leadership or management experience within an optical practice. This practice has been serving its local community for more than 20 years, known for delivering exceptional patient care and offering a premium optical experience.
The Role
- Full-time, permanent position
- Weekend availability required
- Delivering expert dispensing advice and exceptional patient care
- Supporting patients with tailored frame and lens recommendations
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the optical team
- Assisting with the day-to-day management and smooth running of the practice
- Maintaining high clinical and customer service standards throughout the business
- Supporting staff development, training, and performance
- Working closely with the practice owners to drive continued growth and success
- Supporting social media and local marketing initiatives
- Bringing fresh ideas and contributing to the future direction of the practice
