We are looking for a Sugar Admin Analyst to join our successful Sugar Admin team. This is a Home Based role with some occasional travel to the office required.
Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate\’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Process new sales through the CRM system based on a set of defined processes
- Process the onboarding of Sites/Meter/Supply Contract data into the system including required supporting information
- Understand and Process Contract information including Internal and External Contracts
- Work with the team to resolve unknowns and document the outcome
Experience and Qualifications
Essential:
- Professional and confident manner
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Accuracy in processing information into a structured format
- Ability to work on their own initiative with a good ‘Team Work’ ethic
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise activities
- Be able to work with colleagues, customers, suppliers and the public in general
- Can do approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages
- Maths and English proficiency
- Industry Knowledge
