We are looking for an

Onboarding Specialist to join our successfulteam. This role is hybrid , with occasional visits to our Kirkham (Lancashire) head office required.

Role and Responsibilities

Working within the Continuous Improvement Group (CIG), the Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction via accurate and thorough onboarding of clients and data to external and internal stakeholders.

They are responsible for proactive management of client deliverables and data on either a scheduled or ad-hoc basis in line with our SLAs, and escalating issues as required to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained.

The Onboarding Specialist will also be involved in the development and testing of new process deliverables or mechanisms as Inspired look to continuously improve upon its service offering.

  • The successful candidate's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Providing a first-class client experience to internal and external stakeholders
  • Project management of onboarding processes with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collating and handling large amounts of data
  • Accountability for ensuring allocated tasks are completed to the highest level of accuracy and in line with SLAs
  • Handling complex supply contracts and ensuring they are configured accurately to ensure robust invoice validation
  • Working directly with clients including attending conference calls and meetings with customers as required
  • Understand and adhere to operational processes and procedures to manage workload and ensure business continuity
  • Build and maintain a knowledge of the energy industry
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure all client SLAs are met
  • Supporting internal and external stakeholders with data and supply contract related issues
  • Work with other Inspired teams to ensure client expectations are met, assisting with specification and development where required
  • Support the refinement and improvement of business processes
  • Read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly excel
  • Energy/Water industry knowledge and experience
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience handling, cleansingandvalidatinglarge volumes of data.
  • Experience working with service delivery, onboardingor implementation processes.
  • Experience investigating and resolving data quality issues with third-party providers and external stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams to deliver client requirements.
  • Experience working with service level agreements (SLAs), trackersor performance metrics.
  • Customer Service Skills: Be polite, conscientious. Engage with a can-do attitude
  • Previousexperience within the energy, utilitiesor sustainability sector.
  • Knowledge of electricity and gas industry data flows, DNOs, suppliers, meter operators, datacollectorsand energy contracts.
  • Experience configuring orvalidatingcomplex supply contracts and bill validation systems.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and workflow management tools.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for reporting, automationor system enhancements.
  • Experience supporting offshore or remote operational teams.
  • Familiarity with invoice validation, estatemanagementor energy portfolio management systems
  • Experienceidentifyingprocess improvements and implementing more efficient ways of working.
  • Experience managing andprioritisingwork queues, ticketsor service desk activities.
