Overview
In this home-based role, you will manage day-to-day estate activity for high-value, multi-site clients within Inspired’s I&C division, ensuring estates run smoothly and queries are resolved promptly. You will onboard new sites, maintain accurate CRM and site records, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to secure live supply contracts. You’ll support client meetings, produce operational reports, and contribute to tender and project activities, all while upholding health and safety standards. This is an opportunity to shape client estates, improve data accuracy, and work across cross-functional teams in a market-leading energy business.

Responsibilities
- Onboard new sites and manage site pipeline to live supply contracts
- Maintain accurate site and meter records in Sugar CRM and client lists
- Coordinate with delivery teams, suppliers, and landlords to secure live supplies
- Attend client meetings with Account Manager and produce operational reports
- Support tenders and other client projects and ensure documentation is complete
- Respond to non-billing client queries and resolve supplier objections delaying transfers
- Ensure data accuracy for tenders and projects and manage site-related changes
- Assist in managing tenancy changes and changes to supplier registration
- Maintain complete document records for each site (tenancy forms, contracts, supplier confirmations)
- Raise CRM data updates and liaise with CRM support as needed
Key requirements
- Experience in the UK energy industry (consultancy, broker, or supplier)
- Understanding of how business energy supplies are set up, connected, and moved
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Confident communicator with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Highly organised
- Proactive in chasing information
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Sugar CRM or similar CRM system
- Experience with industry data systems to check meter and supply details
- Understanding of electricity and gas meter types and metering services
