We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join our successful Software team. This role is home based with occasional travel to offices required. This role would suit someone with relevant Utility industry experience, however we will consider graduates with 2-5 years' experience from any sector that demonstrate a willingness to learn the industry.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Specialise in implementing our software and process solutions with new and existing clients.
  • Advocate for our proven Implementation Methodology and adhere to our best practice standards.
  • Tailor software and process solutions to the client’s specific requirements.
  • Work with colleagues at all levels, managing resources to effectively meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Produce written documentation and workflows for daily use by our customers.
  • Co-ordinate system and user onboarding, and data migration.
  • Provide comprehensive training to users both remotely and on site.
  • Be a key point of contact for support queries.
  • Have a broad knowledge of our software and its application in the wider energy industry.
  • Read and comply with the company’s Health and Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health and Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.
