This role is home based with travel required to our Kirkham (Lancashire) head office at least twice a month.Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Account Executive to work closely with the Client Services Director within the Key Accounts division to support Account Management with activity relating to their customers, customer management and provide them with administrative support.The successful candidate will be required to: Support Account Managers when they are out of the office attending customer meetingsChange of TenanciesPricing Evaluations and tenderingCustomer queries (non-bureau related)Supplier queriesCustomer liaisonComplete updates to internal systems for customers as requested by the Account ManagerRead and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.Qualifications and Experience RequirementsEssential:Energy Industry KnowledgeStrong Excel skillsSound commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate thisGood communicator and ability to communicate to Senior level stakeholdersAttention to detailDesirable:2 Years’ experience in a similar roleWhat we offerTraining and development opportunitiesCompany pensionLife insuranceEnhanced maternity and paternityBenefits portal, with a wide range of benefits4pm finish on FridayIf you are interested in the role and would like to be considered, please apply now and a member of our In House Recruitment Team will be in touch.
