We’re recruiting Team Leaders to join our manufacturing operation in Crick, Northamptonshire. These permanent roles support our Warehouse team and play a key part in creating a safe, collaborative and high‑performing working environment.
Shift Pattern and Pay
- Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off (12‑hour shifts)
- Shift: Nights (18:00–06:00)
- Average hours: 42 per week
- Pay: £19.79 per hour (£17.19 plus £0.61 per hour shift allowance)
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll support and motivate your team to deliver daily operational goals while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and teamwork. You’ll lead by example, helping people perform at their best and contributing to the overall success of INSPIRED. You’ll report to the Area Shift Leader and work closely with colleagues across operations.
