Location: Crick, Northamptonshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-Site)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Project Engineer to lead and support a range of capital and improvement projects at our Crick site.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and deliver minor engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are safe, on time, and on budget.
- Act as Site Host for contractors in line with the IPN Contractor Management Policy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, including Health & Safety, Quality, Procurement, and Finance.
- Ensure integration of project outputs into the site’s Quality Management System and adherence to Food Safety standards.
- Define project scopes, timelines, costs, and resources, maintaining accurate documentation throughout.
- Support major site projects by offering local insight and project execution assistance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor standards, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering (e.g., BEng).
- Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices; CDM Regulation knowledge is a plus.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing contractor activities and small project budgets (£25,000–£150,000).
Desirable Qualifications:
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management training.
- Familiarity with food safety or manufacturing environments.
