INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is seeking a People Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover) to lead the People agenda at a busy manufacturing site of around 100 colleagues. You will partner with the site leadership team and line managers to develop capability, manage talent and help deliver strategic priorities.
The role requires CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience, HR leadership capability, and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
