At IPN (Inspired Pet Nutrition), we’re home to some of the UK’s most loved pet food brands. Right now, we’re looking for a passionate and commercially-savvy Brand Manager to join our Marketing team on a 9-month fixed-term contract to lead and deliver exciting growth plans for our premium and specialist brands, AATU and Barking Heads.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take full ownership of brand performance and execution, driving profitable growth across retail and eCommerce channels.
- Deliver against brand budget targets for sales, margin, and market share.
- Translate brand strategy into actionable plans including packaging, communications, NPD, and shopper marketing.
- Manage A&P budgets, media planning, and ROI tracking for campaigns.
- Lead compelling innovation and renovation plans to strengthen portfolio health and relevance.
- Use consumer insight and market data to craft brand plans that excite customers and deliver results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Category, NPD, and external partners to bring brand plans to life.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Brand Management role within an FMCG environment.
- Proven track record of delivering brand growth and managing full-mix marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen – comfortable with sales data, budget planning, and performance tracking.
- Creative thinker who can translate insight into compelling brand strategies.
- Experience managing innovation pipelines and product lifecycle plans.
- A passion for pets is a plus – but a passion for building brands is essential!
