We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced
About The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Area Shift Leader to join our high-performing team in Crick on a permanent basis. As a key member of the operations leadership team, you will oversee a dedicated group of production operatives on your shift, ensuring that safety, quality, and performance targets are consistently met. Hours of work 40 per week, working late shift 14:00 – 22:00.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate shift teams to achieve daily KPIs
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld
- Monitor production output, quality, and operational efficiency
- Support staff training, development, and performance management
- Coordinate with planning, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
- Champion continuous improvement and drive team engagement
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within manufacturing, logistics, or production
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and committed to high standards
- Flexible and adaptable to different shift patterns and team needs
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

- Hourly salary of £18.90 plus shift allowance of £1.28
