Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day customer account requirements, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
- Support the wider sales team to deliver customer expectations and commercial objectives.
- Contribute to account planning, forecasting, and ongoing account management activities.
- Provide customer and category insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support promotional planning, trade spend tracking, invoicing, and ROI analysis.
- Validate and maintain accuracy of sales data, forecasts, and reporting.
- Deliver timely and accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain customer data and share key business updates cross-functionally.
- Build strong working relationships internally and with customers.
Qualifications
- Degree calibre with strong commercial awareness and business understanding.
- Experience within FMCG or a similar fast-paced commercial environment.
