INSPIRED Pet Nutrition Ltd is seeking a People Partner to lead the HR agenda at our Kinmel, North Wales site on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You will partner with site leadership and line managers to develop capability, manage talent and support our strategic priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will guide on policy, compliance and people decisions, while coaching managers to improve performance and engagement across around 100 colleagues.
