INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is seeking a People Partner to cover a 12-month maternity leave at our Kinmel site in North Wales. You will lead the HR agenda for a busy manufacturing site of ~100 colleagues, partnering with the leadership team to develop capability and manage talent.
The role requires CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience, strong knowledge of employment law, and the ability to build relationships quickly.
