Join the door-to-door fundraising team representing one of the world's leading environmental NGOs. Greenpeace UK is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Team Leader to become part of our dynamic fundraising team. As a commission-based Manager, you will have uncapped earnings, with a minimum weekly wage guarantee of £13.25ph for all hours worked. You will also receive a weekly manager bonus based on your team's results. This is the right role for an experienced manager or for a fundraiser/door sales canvasser looking for the next step in their career.

Want to make a tangible difference whilst meeting new people and earning great money? After attending our industry-leading training at our London head office, you'll go door to door with your team talking to people about the work Greenpeace does and inspiring people to help fund their work with a regular donation. You will also have the chance to apply to fundraise at some of the biggest festivals in the UK.
What we're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 6 months experience in door to door sales or face to face fundraising
- Previous managerial experience driving sales results running a small team
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of how Greenpeace works - Look at the website
