Position

Door to Door Regional Manager – responsible for building a new London region and managing multiple door-to-door fundraising teams to support Guide Dog training.

Duties

  • Interview and hire fundraisers
  • Train team leaders to run each team
  • Motivate and train team members continuously
  • Hold regular one‑to‑one meetings with managers
  • Monitor and drive all key performance indicators
  • Manage payroll and iPad allocation through Evergiving
  • Fundraise in the field

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a door‑to‑door manager (sales or fundraising)
  • Experience managing a multi‑team region
  • Strong analytical skills and results‑driving ability
  • Excellent interviewing and training skills
  • Fluent, spoken English at an excellent level
