Position
Door to Door Regional Manager – responsible for building a new London region and managing multiple door-to-door fundraising teams to support Guide Dog training.
Duties
- Interview and hire fundraisers
- Train team leaders to run each team
- Motivate and train team members continuously
- Hold regular one‑to‑one meetings with managers
- Monitor and drive all key performance indicators
- Manage payroll and iPad allocation through Evergiving
- Fundraise in the field
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a door‑to‑door manager (sales or fundraising)
- Experience managing a multi‑team region
- Strong analytical skills and results‑driving ability
- Excellent interviewing and training skills
- Fluent, spoken English at an excellent level
