Are you an experienced door to door fundraising manager, a team leader or sales manager looking for the next step in your career?
Guide Dogs are looking for a door to door manager to set up and create a London region, expanding from their industry leading in-house operation.
As the regional manager you will be responsible for building a new region of fundraisers to help fund the training of new Guide Dogs. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the multiple door teams.
Duties will include:
- Interviewing and hiring Fundraisers
- Training up team leaders to run the team
- Ongoing motivation and Training
- Regular 1-2-1's with managers
- Monitoring and driving all KPI's
- Payroll
- iPad management through Evergiving
- Fundraising in the field

- Have a proven track record of working as a door to door manager (sales or fundraising).
- Ability to run a multiple team region

- Have an excellent fluent level of spoken English
