Face-to-Face Fundraising Area Manager at Sustrans Are you passionate about making a difference and leading a team to achieve incredible results? If so, we want you to join Sustrans, the charity transforming the way people travel in the UK! As a Face-to-Face Fundraising Area Manager, you’ll lead fundraising teams in the Bristol area while also looking to launch and grow teams in other areas within the South West, driving exciting campaigns that directly support our mission to make it easier for everyone to walk, wheel and cycle. This is a hands-on role, you’ll work alongside your team to raise funds, coach and inspire Fundraisers and Team Leaders, and help expand our vital work in making walking, wheeling and cycling easier and safer for everyone. Salary & Benefits: Salary: £32,145 per year, with the potential to earn £35,000+ OTE through performance-based bonuses. Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), with flexible hours available to suit your individual circumstances. Leave: 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.
