Call Centre Sales Agent – No Experience Needed | Uncapped Commission

We’re looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our outbound sales team. You don’t need experience, just strong communication skills and the drive to succeed.
We’re an independent sales firm based in central Newcastle, representing a major mobile and broadband provider. Our approach is simple: real conversations, real results, and a team culture that’s inclusive, energetic, and supportive.
What You’ll Get:
- Base salary of £25,000–£27,000
- Uncapped monthly commission
- Central office location with great transport links, plus a breakout space with a pool table and games console
- Fixed hours: 10am–6pm Monday to Friday, and just two Saturdays a month (10am–3pm). No Sundays.
- Regular incentives: weekends away, event tickets, vouchers, monthly cheesecake and pie days, staff discounts, and a clear path for progression
- Full training delivered by a CIPD-qualified trainer as part of our development programme

- Making outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Promoting products and services in a clear, engaging way
