Payroll Officer – Payroll and Finance Team

Inspired Learning Group is currently looking to appoint a Payroll Officer to join their Payroll and Finance team at the head office in Stanmore.

Pay Range

Up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Support employees with payroll-related queries.
• Ensure operational procedures and policies are fully understood and consistently followed.
• Maintain confidentiality in all dealings with the school and ILG.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other team members.
• Actively contribute and participate as part of the team, attending team meetings and activities.
• Always behave and dress in a professional manner.
• Maintain workspace in a neat and presentable manner, in keeping with professional expectations.

Qualifications & skills

• Excellent communicator.
• Strong financial and payroll understanding.
• Ability to positively work with others and closely work with head office staff and staff on site at schools and nurseries.
