Inspired Learning Group is currently looking to appoint a HR service centre manager. This newly created role within the Human Resources team will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the HR centre, ensuring delivery of high-quality, efficient, and consistent HR services to employees and managers.
We are looking for an experienced individual who will oversee the team that handles employee inquiries, HR processes, and transactional activities, while driving continuous improvement, technology optimisation, and service excellence.
You will be joining the Inspired Learning Group team at Head Office. The team provides support to enable the settings to focus on providing education with high-quality outcomes.
As our HR Service Centre Manager, working under direction from the Head of HR, you will ensure that all areas within HR are to a high standard. You will have responsibility for the next stage of our growth, being instrumental in the service centre delivery, day-to-day operational excellence, as well as integration of new settings to the HR operating model. You will use technology to optimise the function and collaborate with various stakeholders using data to monitor trends and improve performance.
We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, has excellent HR understanding, and who is able to create, motivate, and get the best out of a team. The ability to positively enhance the working environment is essential as you will be working alongside multiple stakeholders within ILG.
Previous significant experience within HR operations or shared services is required. Having worked within a school or education environment is not essential for this role. As our HR service centre manager, you will play a vital role in our growing business, receiving a competitive salary and annual salary review.
