Inspired Learning Group are currently looking to recruit a Nursery Operations Support Manager. Due to expansion, this is an exciting new opening to work with our Head of Nurseries, Nursery Managers and Nursery teams to ensure that the operations of our nurseries run smoothly, and in particular that practice and compliance is managed consistently across the group.
As our Nursery Operations Support Manager you will be involved in supporting and advising the nurseries on various aspects of their operations. You will help develop, establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with those areas are adhered to.
You will be involved in all areas of the nurseries from recruitment oversight to staff development. Strategizing alongside the Head of Nurseries you will play a key role in developing the already excellent nursery provision at Inspired Learning Group. We are looking for someone with a nursery background for this role. If you have experience in managing or operations at a nursery level this could be the ideal next step for you. Prior knowledge of the EYFS framework and inspections would be an advantage.
