NEYDL is seeking a DigiDAD Engagement Officer to grow the platform's reach by building relationships with professionals who can introduce DigiDAD to young dads. You will demonstrate how to use DigiDAD confidently and collect feedback from professionals and young dads to inform ongoing improvements.
The role involves delivering onboarding sessions and regular webinars for diverse audiences, coordinating with NEYDL’s Business Development Manager to follow up leads, and recording activity.
