Role: QA Technologist
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Night Shift (10pm - 6am)
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a QA Technologist to join our Technical team who is detail-focused. You will be responsible for ensuring food safety, quality, legality and integrity throughout all site production, storage and packaging operations.
- Carry out scheduled GMP, hygiene, CCP and stock rotation audits across production, storage and packaging.
- Conduct environmental swabbing and validate food safety processes and product shelf life.
- Coach and mentor colleagues in food safety best practice on the shop floor.
- Perform organoleptic (sensory) testing and manage supplier non-conformances.
- Calibrate key food safety equipment and organise taste panels.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Food Safety level 3
- HACCP – level 2
- Food handling and manufacturing experience
- Experience within a similar quality assurance role
- IT proficient – Outlook, Word and Excel
