The predicted salary is between 30000 - 30000 £ per year.

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (usually 8am-4pm, some flexibility may be required)

Contract: Permanent

Inspired Global Cuisine (IGC) are a frozen ready meal manufacturer based in Gorton, East Manchester. We are an ambitious company who have grown significantly over the last 2 years, now producing over 1 million meals a week and have plans to continue to grow. This includes a re-location to a brand new 369 thousand square foot site in Chadderton, Oldham in early 2026 where we plan to double our volume over the next few years. About the role

We are looking for an Export and Specification Administrator to take ownership of a broad and varied quality and compliance remit across our site. You will be at the heart of ensuring our products meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, legality and integrity - from the production floor through to the customer's door. In this role, you will manage and maintain critical documentation including batch declarations, export records and chain of custody schemes, whilst keeping customer and regulatory requirements firmly in sight. You will take ownership of our supplier database and approval processes, supporting compliance with BRCGS standards and playing an active part in audit activity both internally and across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of batch declarations, export documentation and customer compliance requirements
  • Management of the supplier database, approval processes and BRCGS audit compliance
  • Specification and artwork checking, including document review and version control
  • Data input, trending and reporting across site systems including DAWN, 3i Verify and LMS
  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of customer and supplier panels and quality review presentations
  • Management of customer complaints, supplier investigations and purchase orders
  • Contributing to the development of Standard Operating Procedures and internal audits
  • Supporting new product launches, staff briefings and chain of custody documentation

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and numerical skills
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Previous experience within the food industry preferable, ideally in a manufacturing environment
