Responsibilities
- To schedule movements, using available business tools.
- To ensure Installation vans are planned to optimise efficiency, this may involve liaising with the Commercial team. The objective is to maximise the efficiency of the plan without sacrificing the jobs with high commercial priority.
- To sign-off the final plan (for run-up, site-to-site movements and removals) Liaise with Logistics to deal with variances to the plan in real time (e.g. if a machine fails during run-up). Sign-off the hard-allocated final plan. This may include the booking of overnight stays.
- To track hours worked by installer ensuring no more than 40 hours per week are achieved unless agreed as overtime or time paid back.
- To deal with variances to the plan such as Emergency Change Overs (ECOs), other unplanned jobs and dropped jobs. This might be to reschedule jobs to accommodate an ECO, or if a machine fails during run-up to find an alternative machine etc.
- The management of stock which failed in the plan ensuring it becomes available in the planning system for re-utilisation, ensuring the asset is utilised.
- To input the plan for injection and test machines immediately upon arrival into the depot as identified by the Commercial Team.
- To track and update KPI information e.g. injection, test, RTM, depot stock profile, damaged machines, sales etc
- To ensure the Company social responsibility policies in relation to gambling and statutory provisions of the Gambling Act 2005 and the Gambling Commission Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice are fully complied with at all times.
- To ensure that you understand and comply with all company policies and procedures in relation to Health and Safety at work.
- To issue to BGT a daily movements report for the previous day to Steve White. To produce monthly reports to finance to allow BGT to be invoiced as per contract.
- To ensure the appropriate ECO stock is always available, possible within the satellite hubs also.
- To attend weekly calls with department head to highlight project progress and elevate where appropriate.
- To manage in accordance with BGT / Playtech requirements all ongoing projects.
- To align with BGT/Playtech any stock which is deemed to be BER and establish the next course of action.
Remote Work
This is a remote role with weekly onsite attendance required at either our site in Burton-upon-Trent or Ashby.
