Overview
The Head of Art is responsible for overseeing the Art direction and Production of the art for games developed by the BFG Studio. Their focus is on fostering creativity, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting game delivery targets (cost and time).
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team of Artists and Animators to create great games.
- Provide guidance/leadership on art style, storytelling and overall visual experience.
- Provide technical support and enforcement to the artists so that they are following the art workflow process.
- Work closely with the Head of Studio and Games Designers to produce great games.
- Provide project Art estimates and then drive the Artists to meet agreed timescales and game art budgets.
- Keep up to date with industry and trend styles.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience leading a team of Artists or 3+ years working as a Senior Artist in the iGaming industry and looking to take the next career step.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
