The Project Manager will lead the delivery of new Wallet Integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Reporting to the Programme Manager, this role operates in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of projects, focusing on planning, resource coordination, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication to achieve successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery against agreed requirements.
- Work flexible hours to align with Indian time zones, typically starting early mornings and finishing afternoons in the UK.
- Engage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Remove impediments impacting project progress and delivery.
- Develop and maintain clear, actionable project plans with project teams.
- Track progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain accurate internal reporting on project status for the Programme Manager.
- Present to senior stakeholders during project gate reviews for initiation and closure.
- Support resolution of customer incidents and escalations during project timelines.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for project delivery.
- Maintain high governance standards and prepare for project audits.
- Assist with financial management, including project setup, budgeting, and cost tracking.
- Facilitate planning sessions, meetings, and workshops; document decisions and actions.
- Maintain internal communication channels and documentation (Confluence, SharePoint, Teams).
- Conduct risk assessments and support mitigation strategies.
Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination, administration, or management.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable with change in a dynamic business environment.
- Resilient under pressure with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills; confident in delivering updates to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- PM qualifications would be desirable but not necessary.
