We are looking for a Water Procurement Coordinator to join our successful Site Services team. This role is Hybrid, with some travel required to our Kirkham head office.
Role and Responsibilities
The Water Department is looking to recruit a Procurement Co-Ordinator to join our growing team. The role will initially involve supporting the existing Procurement Specialists and data collation, with a scope to develop and progress within the team and Inspired as a whole. The role reports to the Head of Water Procurement, but you will also liaise with other members of the team and clients directly. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with the account management of water clients, dealing with a wide portfolio of customers, providing services around Water products
- Assisting with water tendering and contract negotiation in an appropriate and professional manner
- Producing cost comparisons in Microsoft Excel and reports
- Query Management - helping to resolve general issues in a timely manner, ranging from objections, terminations, data, billing, and change of tenancies
- Client Management - to effectively and efficiently project manage the service delivery, requirements and constraints of a client
- Management of customers through a CRM (SUGAR)
- Staying up to date with change to the Water Industry
- Read and comply with the company Health and Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential:
- Highly motivated and pro-active
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel essential)
Desirable:
- Ideally, but not a necessity, experience in energy/water
- Experience working with CRM systems
