We are looking for a Battery Design Manager to join our sucessful Optimisation team. This role is home based with occasional travel to offices and sites required.

Role and Responsibilities

The BESS Design Manager will be responsible for leading the technical assessment, design coordination, commercial optimisation and delivery readiness of behind-the-meter Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the Behind the Meter portfolio.

The role will ensure battery storage solutions are technically robust, commercially viable, compliant with all relevant regulations, and seamlessly integrated with solar PV, EV charging, building loads and private wire / on-site PPA structures.
