Opportunity
We are now appointing a founding KS2 Educator with an appetite for innovation to help bring this model to life. Design the academic architecture for KS2 – mapping mastery progression, sequencing core knowledge, and building clear assessment benchmarks. Develop the academic framework alongside the current role, competitively compensated. From September 2026, join the founding team and work alongside educators and support staff. Interviews conducted on a rolling basis; early applications encouraged.
Morning: Academic Mastery (Mathematics, Reading, Science, Languages, Computing)
- Ensure precision of AI‑powered personalisation.
- Deliver a focused, high‑intensity morning block of approximately three hours.
- Design and maintain clear KS2 progression pathways.
