Inspired Online Schools is expanding its IT department and is seeking an IT Support Technician based in the South Wales, Crickhowell Office to support a rapidly growing online education provider. This role will predominantly support 400+ remote employees and 8,000+ students while also engaging in a variety of other IT‑related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Log, prioritise and resolve user requests while managing workload effectively.
  • Administer IT assets and configure IT hardware.
  • Provide remote support to 400+ employees and 8,000+ students.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Adobe Connect software packages.
  • Escalate and liaise support queries with internal Inspired IT or external third‑party companies.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform clerical administration tasks.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience providing IT support (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Methodical and logical problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent customer‑service orientation and the ability to empathise with user frustrations.
  • Proactive relationship building with customers and suppliers.
  • Team‑player who shares knowledge, ideas and information.

Salary dependent on experience.
