- Assess student work, correct misunderstandings, and prepare a report for each camper at the end of their stay.
- Manage risks appropriately during activities and support risk assessments as required.
- Deal with issues relating to safety, child protection, timetabling, behaviour or participation, and escalate concerns to the Director.
- Record attendance accurately and report to the Director.
- Record first aid/health & safety issues and report to the medical lead.
- Share photos and videos daily via the secure online platform.
- Work alongside the boarding team, following boarding procedures (e.g., signing in/out, mealtimes, bedtime, medication and night procedures).
- Support evening and weekend activities when required, including planning the evening activities schedule.
- Be on call in the event of an incident, fire, intruder or other emergency.
- Manage pocket money collection and distribution and ensure documentation/medical items are ready for arrival/departure.
