Role Summary
We are seeking a highly commercial Regional Head of Marketing responsible for driving lead generation & student enrolment across our UK region. They will lead the development, delivery, and implementation of integrated marketing plans to grow our schools & improve retention. Operating in the central & regional matrix the Regional Head of Marketing will report into the Global Head of Brand, part of the Global Brand team consisting of representatives from our 9 regions.
The role will work closely with the Regional CEO, while working day to day both with the local & central marketing teams, and each Head of School & their respective admissions teams. The role will lead the local marketing team of 1 FTE across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop regional and school-level marketing plans focused on enrolment and retention; Shape messaging, media, creative, and PR strategies to position each school distinctly; Lead offline/online channel strategy, including social media; Optimise lead conversion and customer journey; Support CRM programmes with Admissions to drive application conversion
- Execution & Media: Partner with Heads of School and Admissions to deliver outreach and local campaigns; Ensure all content aligns with brand and communicates our value; Manage local PR activity in line with central comms
- Performance & Budget: Track marketing and admissions data to drive ROI and conversion; Negotiate vendor terms and manage regional marketing budget
- Stakeholder Engagement: Main contact for Heads and Admissions, providing updates and gathering feedback; Regular school visits to stay close to needs and build relationships; Work with global teams on digital, social, and brand alignment; Share and implement best practices across regions
