ROLE SUMMARY: Inspired Education invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Class Teachers to join our London Prep and Pre‑Prep Schools, including Wetherby Prep, Fulham School, Pembridge Hall, Wetherby Notting Hill, Wetherby Kensington, Chepstow House, Ivy House, and St Anthony’s. Class Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering high‑quality lessons, monitoring and assessing student progress, maintaining strong partnerships with parents, and contributing to a collaborative early years team. Teachers will also play an active role in shaping a vibrant school community through participation in events, celebrations, trips, and extracurricular activities that enrich the student experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, prepare and implement the agreed school curriculum to cater for the needs of all children within the assigned class and any other class taught.
- Provide well planned, engaging learning experiences and support for all learners and to deliver a diverse, relevant and differentiated (where appropriate) curriculum for all children in the class.
- Observe and evaluate the progress of each child.
- Provide a warm, friendly and supportive atmosphere that is conducive to the social and emotional needs of the children within the class.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies at all times and to encourage positive practice in relation to general behaviour.
- Create an engaging, stimulating and relevant learning environment through displays and classroom organisation.
- Maintain cordial and informative relationships with parents.
- Work as part of a team with the teachers and assistants within the assigned year group and the rest of the school staff.
