KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver engaging educational programmes supporting children\โ€™s development through effective planning and high-quality teaching.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes curiosity and learning.
  • Assess and monitor childrenโ€™s progress, collaborating with parents and professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Stay informed about Early Years initiatives and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing insights into their child\โ€™s learning journey.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children aged 2-5.
  • Passion for inspiring, engaging, and supporting young learners.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills as a team player.
  • Understanding of quality early education environments.
  • Good observational and assessment skills, with experience maintaining accurate learning records.
  • Effective communication with parents and colleagues.
