ROLE SUMMARY:
This role sits within Inspired’s global Creative & Marketing team and supports more than 122 schools across multiple regions. Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, the Copywriter is responsible for producing high-quality English and Spanish content across multiple formats, while upholding the Inspired tone of voice and brand standards. You will collaborate closely with account managers, designers and senior stakeholders to interpret briefs, develop messaging routes and deliver clear, compelling and on‑brand copy. The role requires editorial maturity, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to consolidate feedback efficiently. Based at the London Head Office (4 days onsite, 1 offsite), this role will contribute directly to campaigns across digital, print, social, website and video, using AI tools to support ideation, drafting and high‑volume production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write and edit high-quality Spanish and English copy across paid social, digital ads, landing pages, brochures, websites, scripts and social content.
- Interpret briefs quickly and propose clear, strategic messaging routes.
- Maintain and apply the Inspired tone of voice consistently across all channels and markets.
- Use AI tools to support drafting, explore variations and optimise workflow.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers and the wider creative team from concept through to delivery.
- Consolidate feedback from multiple stakeholders and deliver accurate, on‑brand revisions.
- Review design files to ensure correct copy placement, flow and clarity.
- Conduct quick research on schools, markets or competitors when required.
- Manage several copy briefs simultaneously, prioritising based on deadlines, complexity and stakeholder requirements.
- Identify missing information, conflicting feedback or unclear objectives early to prevent delays.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, communications, Spanish, English or a related field.
- 4+ years’ experience as a professional copywriter, ideally within an agency or in‑house creative team.
- Native or near‑native Spanish with fluent English.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print and social.
- Exceptional writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment with structured workflows.
- Confident using AI‑driven tools for ideation, drafting and optimisation.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and integrating feedback clearly and efficiently.
- Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences, campaigns and markets.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work on time.
