The leading global group of premium schools, Inspired Education, is seeking an Admissions Advisor – Social & Lead Engagement. ROLE SUMMARY:

The Admissions Advisor – Social & Lead Engagement will manage and engage with prospective students and families across social media channels, Live Chat, and WhatsApp. The role involves responding to queries, guiding families to resources, and following up with warm leads to help move them toward enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor activity across all platforms and respond to queries promptly and empathetically.
  • Direct families to the most appropriate resources and conduct telephone/Teams calls with families who engage.
  • Ensure all materials on the Facebook page are maintained and relevant, and work with the Customer Success Manager to develop new material.
  • Proactively engage with families, providing clear next steps or helpful guidance, and flag any recurring questions or concerns.
  • Nurture leads using various channels, log new leads within the CRM, and track their journey through the pipeline effectively.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Experience in sales, admissions, or customer service, ideally within education, with proven ability to convert enquiries to sales while maintaining high customer service standards. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, highly organised, and able to multitask are essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an education admissions role.
  • Knowledge of online learning and digital education trends.
  • Familiarity with international student admissions processes.
