Inspired Clinical Solutions is looking for a friendly, experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to support our growing private healthcare clinic in Wembley.
This is a flexible, activity-based role that may suit a nurse looking to work alongside an existing NHS or private position. You will be able to choose your preferred working days, and we will open those dates for patient bookings through our clinic and partner platforms, including London Medical Laboratory, Tuli and Goodbody.
Services may include:
- Health checks and clinical observations
- Ear-care assessments and microsuction
- Vaccinations, subject to appropriate training, competency and clinical governance arrangements
- Supporting the introduction of additional nurse-led services
Activity-based remuneration:
- £7.50 per completed blood-draw appointment
- Vaccination payment structure to be agreed
- Additional rates to be agreed as new services are introduced
There are no fixed weekly days. The successful candidate can provide their availability in advance, and appointments will be offered on those days. This means earnings will depend on the number and type of completed appointments.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently registered with the NMC
- Has experience and competency in venepuncture
- Is confident working independently in a patient-facing setting
- Has excellent communication and record-keeping skills
- Is professional, reliable and committed to high standards of patient care
- Ideally has experience in vaccinations, travel health, ear care or microsuction—or is willing to undertake relevant training
- Holds appropriate professional indemnity cover, or is willing to obtain it if required
