An exciting opportunity has arisen at Inspirec as we continue to grow. We are looking to onboard a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our senior recruitment consultants and clients during an exciting expansion phase. This role combines candidate outreach, administrative support, and bid/tender management, making it a key part of our recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively reach out to candidates to screen them and understand their situation.
- Update candidate records in the CRM system to track progress, interview feedback, and placement status.
- Support senior consultants in gathering and understanding client hiring needs and job requirements.
- Ensure all client and candidate records are up-to-date and maintained accurately in the CRM.
- Regularly liaise with clients to gather feedback on candidates and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants, including scheduling interviews, managing client correspondence, and handling candidate communication.
- Assist in applying for bids and tenders related to client recruitment needs.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for recruitment-related bids, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor tender deadlines and ensure that all required materials are submitted on time.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and leadership to align bid proposals with client specifications.
Experience Required:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment experience.
- Experience with CRM systems and updating client/candidate records.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to support multiple tasks at once.
- Familiarity with the recruitment process and an interest in the technical aspects of recruitment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
