As Growth Manager, you’ll drive the clients growth strategy by leading marketing and brand execution, managing our online and offline presence, and ensuring our messaging reflects the ambition and calibre of our work. You’ll own our digital touchpoints, growth playbooks and marketing campaigns—backed by data, research and insight. You’ll also take responsibility for ensuring our successes, case studies and industry insights are regularly published and promoted—keeping our website and social channels fresh, consistent and ahead of the game. Your work will directly support lead generation in both the UK and Middle East markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with the client’s business goals
- Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and positioning initiatives
- Build internal growth playbooks and templates to standardise brand, event and digital activities
- Deliver clear, data-led performance reports to support business decision-making
- Own and manage the client’s digital platforms, including website and LinkedIn
- Ensure a steady stream of fresh, engaging, and insight-driven content
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, design and messaging across all channels
- Oversee creation and distribution of case studies, thought leadership, and industry insights
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns in coordination with the Sales team
- Manage the client’s presence at industry events, conferences, and sector showcases
- Coordinate branding, messaging, and follow-up communications
- Track and analyse the impact and ROI of campaign and event activities
- Support sales enablement by producing targeted content and campaign materials
- Optimise CRM workflows to nurture leads and monitor sales funnel performance
- Implement automated outreach and content strategies to grow the pipeline
Market Research & Positioning
- Conduct competitor, sector, and trend research to inform strategic positioning
- Use insights to identify growth gaps, messaging improvements, and digital optimisation opportunities
- Continuously monitor and refine positioning to ensure alignment with market expectations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 4+ years’ experience in marketing, growth, or commercial strategy roles
- Track record of managing B2B digital channels and delivering marketing campaigns
- Confident using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, PowerBI and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of content marketing, brand storytelling, and performance tracking
- Experience managing events, both online and in-person
- Background in consultancy, fast-growth environments, or digital industries is highly desirable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- Certifications in digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plus
