An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Swim School Admin Assistant to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within InspireAll to add value to the customer experience and support key teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service dealing with enquiries in person, over the telephone and via e‑mail.
- Support the manager to maintain and develop the swim school to achieve targets.
- Provide swim lesson cover as and when required.
- Liaise with team members to update the cover list.
- Add lessons and implement changes to the SwimSchool management programme.
Requirements
- Excellent face to face and telephone customer service skills.
- Efficiency and organisation to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good level of computer literacy.
