We’re looking for a UKI Salesforce Sales Executive to help us scale our presence in the region. This is a full-time, remote role based in the UK, with occasional travel depending on client and team needs.

In under two years, we’ve built strong momentum: earning multiple Salesforce partner awards, joining the FDE programme, and becoming the #1 Agentforce partner in EMEA. We already have active clients and ongoing work in the UK, alongside strong traction across Europe.

You’ll be expected to take ownership of the full sales cycle, from shaping opportunities through to confidently getting deals over the line.

  • Own the full sales cycle - from early conversations through to negotiation and close
  • Represent the business with credibility, building trust with senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, proactively identifying and driving joint opportunities
  • Balance customer needs with commercial outcomes, ensuring deals are both valuable and viable
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts, expanding relationships and revenue

Commercial Impact: You don’t just sell, you help shape and grow our UK presence over time.

Strong professional proficiency in English is mandatory.

~3–5 years of experience in a sales role within a services or consultancy environment.

~ Experience owning deals end-to-end, from initial engagement through to signed contract.

~ Strong commercial awareness: you understand pricing, margins, and deal viability.

~ Experience selling Salesforce or CRM-related services.

Remote-First Working: Work closely with AI and Agentforce-led solutions, gaining exposure to where the Salesforce ecosystem is heading, not where it’s been.
