Salary Scale: £65,904.24, £70,324.23, £71,264.39, £73,100, £75,000

Inspire is a leading mental health, addiction, autism, and learning disability charity supporting people across the island of Ireland. We are now recruiting a Clinical Lead Psychologist on a Permanent basis to provide strategic clinical leadership across our services, shaping innovation and delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to influence psychological practice, enhance clinical governance, and develop future-focused mental health services.
What To Expect In The Role
- Lead Inspire\’s clinical strategy across diverse service areas
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Shape robust governance, risk and compliance frameworks
- Deliver a small caseload of assessments and therapeutic input
- Provide expert advice across teams and external stakeholders
- Champion safe, evidence-based and trauma-informed practices
What We\’re Looking For:
- Doctorate in Psychology
- HCPC or PSI registration & BPS Chartered status
- 5+ years in a Senior Clinical Leadership role
- Strong communication and service development skills
- Confidence leading teams and working across regions
- A car and licence (or reasonable adjustments for disability)
